Companies just don't seem to learn do they? Using Twitter to engage your fans seems like a great idea, except until it backfires(just as the NYPD about that).
That didn't deter the NFL and commissioner Roger Goodell from asking fans to submit questions using #AskCommish.
Not all the questions were mean. Before we get to those, here a few questions that the commissioner did answer.
